• Personalized and custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return once the order has been confirmed.

• If you receive a defective or damaged piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case and offer a solution, which may include repair or replacement.

• For standard, non-personalized orders, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective.
